Hello! I am Holly - Occupational Therapist, Podcast Host, Business Owner, and now….book author?! I was drawn to OT because of the endless opportunities to be creative and step outside the box, all while getting to be a small part of some pretty inspirational peoples lives.
A quote that I base my life around is, “We don’t count the minutes, we make the minutes count.” For me as an OT, that means focusing on the little wins and the moments that actually matter for my clients — the things that make their everyday life easier or more meaningful. In my own life, it’s a reminder to make the most of every moment, to say yes to new experiences, and to leave no stone unturned along the way.
I studied at Western Sydney University in Campbelltown and grew up just done the road in lovely Camden. Since graduating, I have spent time living and working in the Hunter Region (NSW), Outback NSW, Rural WA and now the Northern Territory. Rural work is my passion, along with getting to work with children and families.
Outside of OT, you’ll find me camping, swimming in any body of water I can, playing footy and enjoying good food. I also have a clothing label called Kooly Collective with my fiancé, which is lots of fun!
